How drops get to you

Step 1: lock it in

Pick your drop in the vault as a half pound (HP) or a pound (LB) and send an Order Request. Add your Payment Preference (cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, card or other) so the crew knows what works for you. Nothing is charged on the site.

Step 2: take the call

An Operator calls you back during our hours. They confirm the drop is still in the vault, read your order back, and set up the Fulfillment Arrangement with you. In some cities a Local Representative can hand it over in person; everywhere else it ships once payment is sorted. Packaging, carrier and timing get confirmed on that call.

Step 3: it lands

Your flower shows up with the COA for its Batch. Same numbers you saw on the drop page.

Where it can go

Any US address can send an Order Request. We do not block states or ZIP codes in the software. Laws on THCA differ by state, so make sure it is legal where you are.

Drops sell out

Stock is only held for you once the Operator confirms your order. If a drop runs dry before the call, we will tell you and offer what is next.
