The rules of the vault

1. 21+ or no entry. Using THCA Universe or ordering from it means you are 21 or older.

2. Requests, not purchases. Sending an Order Request does not buy anything. It becomes an order only when an Operator has confirmed the drops, price, delivery and payment with you on the phone. We can turn down any request.

3. Drops move. Prices are in US dollars and can change until your order is confirmed. Stock is held for you only after confirmation.

4. Flower varies. Each Batch is defined by its COA. Bud size and look vary within a Batch, especially in smalls.

5. Know your local law. We accept requests from every US state and do not filter them. Whether THCA is legal where you receive it is on you.

6. Something wrong? Call us first. The Operator who handled your order will work out the fix with you.

7. December 11, 2026. When the federal total-THC rule takes effect, flower that no longer counts as hemp leaves the vault, and any unconfirmed requests for it are cancelled.
